Hello, beloved!
When we hear the word Champagne, we usually imagine sparkles, toasts, celebration, and vibrant evenings filled with joy.But when you actually arrive in Champagne — the region, not the drink — you discover something completely unexpected: serenity. Silence. A rhythm of life that feels like a long, deep breath.
This trip was a kind of retreat.I stayed at the charming Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa — a place where time seems to stretch. Imagine waking up to gentle hills dotted with vineyards, sipping morning tea on a private terrace, watching mist rise over endless rows of vines… The interiors are warm and contemporary, yet hold the elegance of heritage. And the spa? Oh, don’t get me started — pure heaven.
We explored the historical soul of the region too. I visited the stunning Reims Cathedral — a place that carries centuries in its stones and silence in its arches. The blooming cherry trees in front of it were like nature’s softest applause.
For tastes and textures, two places left a mark on my heart:
🍴 L’Assiette Champenoise — three Michelin stars, every bite was poetry.
🥂 Arbane Reims — a Michelin-starred restaurant with an unforgettable wine list. Champagne here isn’t just a drink — it’s a dialogue.
I was invited by LVMH and had the honor of staying at the private residence Hôtel du Marc Veuve Clicquot, which cannot be booked. This is a truly special place — accessible only to guests of the brand. Its interiors are filled with light, history, and taste, while the atmosphere feels like a private club where every moment is exceptional. Here, history meets refinement, and the golden glow of the cellars guides you up the steps of time.

With love from the land of light and stillness,
Sasha 💋
